Luxury Multi-Family Residential
Fusion 1560 City Apartment Homes
St. Petersburg, FL
An urban infill project in dowtown St. Petersburg, this project is contemporary and "edgy" to fit in with the artistic nature of the city and to attract young professional tenants. These 325 units have a tremendous amenities package to offer its residents including a swimming pool with lap lanes, a 20' height lighted tower waterfall in the spa, trellises, numerous sculptures, fog hills and fabric shade structures. Though the project consists of only 2 relatively small courtyards and rooftop deck, the attention to detail and the use of industrial materials and custom designed sculptures make this unlike any other project in St. Petersburg. Project is under construction.
